  4. How do I submit a Link Profile request?

Linking profiles can only be done through the app. Sign in to the app and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to My Profile.
  2. At the bottom, select Add or Link a Profile.
  3. Complete the registration process for the profile you’d like to link to. Even if the person is already a customer at our pharmacy, please complete the registration so we can validate the information.

If the customer who you are linking to is under the age of majority, you certify that you are the legal guardian by submitting this request. The pharmacy will only contact adult customers to approve the request.

While the link request is being processed, you will be able to see the linked profile name, but not access any personal information. When the link is approved and complete, you are able to view and manage the person’s profile and prescriptions.
