  4. Can I change my membership?

Yes, you can manage your membership plan within the My Profile area of the app. Navigate to the Membership Plan option, and from there you can select a different tier, or cancel your membership.

Please note that any changes made will not apply until the next subscription period, and we do not offer refunds on memberships. When you have a pending change to your membership, this information will appear at the top of your Membership Plan screen, showing the date when the change will take effect.
